Pricing questions

How does the SEAM Verified Talent commission work?

Brand subscriptions are billed monthly. When a brand engages SEAM Verified Talent directly, an additional 10% SEAM commission applies to the agreed talent fee.

Is managed production included in a subscription?

No. Managed production is scoped and quoted separately by SEAM Agency after you submit a production brief.

Does SEAM charge event organisers?

Publishing an event is free. SEAM charges a 5% platform fee on paid ticket sales. PayFast merchant processing charges also apply, and optional SEAM marketing or advertising is quoted separately.

Do WIL host companies pay to participate?

No. Host-company participation in the WIL Programme is free. Custom institutional or programme partnerships may be scoped separately.

Do the displayed prices include VAT?

SEAM is not currently charging VAT. The displayed monthly prices are the amounts billed by SEAM.

Can I cancel a monthly plan?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled, with access continuing until the end of the paid billing period.
