Why we review profiles
SEAM is a professional network. We review completed creative profiles before making them publicly bookable or eligible for project applications. Approval improves trust and accountability, but it is a profile review—not government identity verification.
What the process involves

Submit your profile
Complete your SEAM profile with your role, portfolio, and contact details.

SEAM Admin review
The SEAM Admin reviews your completed profile, portfolio and professional information. No selfie is required.

Badge awarded
Once approved, your profile receives the SEAM Approved badge and becomes eligible for public and commercial platform activity.
How your data is stored and protected
Your personal information is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties. SEAM uses industry-standard encryption for all stored data. Your contact details such as email and phone number are only visible to logged-in verified users based on your privacy settings. You can update or remove your data at any time from your profile settings.
SEAM complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
